Valentine is responsible for leading the implementation and execution of the approved strategy, policy and operational planning. She serves as the chief link between management and the Board and is accountable to the Board.
Valentine is responsible for aiding the achievement of performance goals, objectives and targets, as well as maintaining an effective management team and management structure. She reviews the annual business plans and budgets that support the Company’s long-term view and makes recommendations thereon.
Valentine ensures that the appropriate policies are formulated and implemented to guide activities across the Group and ensures that effective internal organisation and governance measures are deployed. She also steers the Company to respond adequately to the challenges posed.
